Poor treatment from this manager, I believe was named Stephano

I received a call yesterday regarding my complaint, and the lady advised that I should come to the Pedros branch to collect the missing piece of my order. She mentioned I should ask for Mo and Stanley.

I went to the store today at 12:30 PM, but neither Mo nor Stanley were present. The manager on duty, whom I believe was named Stephano, was called three times but didn't even bother to come and talk to me. I waited for a while until I informed one of the employees that I was leaving around 12:44 PM.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. The lady on the phone assured me that Mo and Stanley would be available anytime and that I just needed to mention their names. The petrol cost to come to the store is significant, and this level of service is appalling.

I request that my meat be delivered to me as I don't stay nearby. I will not accept such poor treatment from this manager considering I paid full price for that missing drumstick.
