Poor Treatment From Staff & Not Giving Me My Food

On Friday and Saturday we went to your branch in Bayside Mall, Tableview, Cape Town. On both occasions we encountered the same issues which I shall list below: 1) The food takes ridiculously long 2) When you query how much longer it will take the staff don't even acknowledge you, they don't even look at you and they don't respond to you 3) Upon asking the lady at the cashier if she can possibly just check for me, she told me no because she works at the cashier, I must ask the other ladies. 4) Both on Friday and Saturday my husband and I saw our order standing there. I asked for my order MULTIPLE times, giving them my number and showing them my order is standing there and they just completely ignored us. I then heard them talking about my order, yet they still did not give us our food. 5) We could see our food was ready and standing there, but it took them 20 minutes to give it to us after multiple attempts at telling them my food is there. 6) They are very rude. They totally ignore you. They don't even look at you. 7) Saturday I'm standing there with a crying toddler telling them my order is there and ready, I can see it was packed and it's just standing there. I'm begging them for my food and said please my toddler is crying, can I just get my food and go. They continued to ignore me and would not give me my food. 8) I do not find it co-incidental that this happened over 2 consecutive days, that both nights we had to sit with the same issue. Friday night it took over an hour to get the food. Saturday night it took just over 45 minutes.

What is absolutely shocking to me is that a client is standing there with their slip telling them that I can see my order is ready and yet they flat out ignore me. They don't even look at you or acknowledge that you're there. They had a terrible attitude and nobody was willing to help. I don't understand why they were refusing to give us our food. It's absolutely disgusting. Even KFC on pay day is better than the staff at your Bayside Mall branch.

I expect some sort of response or compensation for this. They took so long that by the time we got our food, it was past my toddler's dinner time and my child is crying there for her food. I was completely shocked. At least someone can just look at you and acknowledge you, but they don't even just look at you. It's as if you're a ghost. Worst experience I've ever had at a take out place. Even KFC on pay day can get your order out quicker and they actually help their clients. I have never witnessed staff who don't even look at you! Disgusting!!!!
