POOR SERVICES

Good day

on the 26/11/2024 I placed an order and to make a payment used option for OZOW EFT .Money went out of my bank account .10 minutes later order was cancelled at pedros mams square (ORDER NUMBER WAS #F4B4D).I never received my money back .I have been talking to them via Facebook they respond only when I do follow up and also tried on the UBEREATS .Poor service I want my money🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I have proof that money went out .Why put payment option that will **** us up like this and tell me I didnt make a payment OZOW EFT ****
