Poor service - very disrespectful

The service at Pedros Chicken is the worst ever..it's non exitant and they take customers for granted. One of the managers is very rude and I don't understand how he got to be a manager because he does not understand what customer service is. I have never felt so belittled like I did today. There is no structure or process in place nor respect for the customers to an extent that when I started to complain I was told by the so called manager that I must pack my own order. My order was placed exactly at 17h55 and I left the store at19h13. As much as it was full, I could haveit could have taken 30 minutes if they had a process of taking orders. No one can deny that their chicken tastes very good but as customers we pay for service than the actual product. I will never set my foot at Pedros Ormonde ever in my life and will not recommend them to anyone. Their service sucks, and this is an understatement. THERE IS NO CJSTONER SERVICE AT ALL. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR....
