Poor service - pedros chicken Newlands

Pedro’s Newlands - I ordered my food at 18h10 for delivery and the store manager told me that delivery is possible within my area for R30. I waited for 2 hours without my order being delivered, when I called for my food the store manager said that she found out that delivery is no longer possible in my area. I mean what nonsense is this as she contradicted herself to what she said earlier. Furthermore, she said to me that she there’s nothing she can do and I have to fetch the order myself and she said this with such attitude. This heavily inconvenienced me as I had to change from my pjays and travel 10km to the store at my own expense when I was told delivery is possible !! Absolutely POOR service !!
