Poor service from branch and head office
I reported a complaint about poor service that i received from one of the Pedros branches and wrote a complaint on the website, I received a response email that my case was closed without any consultation. How can a matter be closed without reaching out to the person that had a issue. This is not the first time this has happened. Totally unacceptable
