Poor service

I have placed an order for 1/4 chicken, roll and chips collection for 13h00.Wjen I got to the store the queue was long and I waited until I got to the cashier. When I got there I told her I am here to pick up an online order and she told me that I am at the wrong queue and I need to join another queue. It is unfair for to me to queue for a flipping 45 minutes and to be told you are at the wrong queue and I ended up leaving
