Poor service delivery Pedro's

My wife and I went to Pedro's at N1 City Cape Town on Saturday 15 June 2024 around 17:35. I was the third person in the queue. They finished helping the first person in the queue, but then told the second person and myself that they are clearing the queue for online customers. No indication when I entered the shop, that they are applying that principle, nor on the website. I wasted petrol and time. My wife and I was very disappointed and went to buy dinner somewhere else.
