Poor service, Delayed contact, Zero customer care

I placed an order online a few days ago in the evening, and paid online. I received a call an hour later to tell me they could not fulfill it and that they would deliver it the next day(????). I told them I want a refund. They did not get back to me. I had to complain on all of their forms. Someone reached out to me today and said they want me to send them proof of the order (it's on their own app and they can't check it?). So I told her to whatsapp me her details and I would send it. Never got back to me. Lousy service. Don't care at all. They don't seem to put in the effort to value a customer. I initiated everything and still got horrible service. The fact that I need to send proof is worse, because it's on their own system. Just look it up and fix it. A well deserved 1 star
