Poor service

Pedros at Cresta is the worst you can ever buy from. I don't know if they are understaffed or the stuff just does not care. There were a lot of orders ready, with a lot of patrons waiting to collect their orders and nobody issuing out the orders. On top of that, they messed up my order. I ordered a burger meal and an extra regular chip but only got one packet of chips. I did not check it in store as I have mentioned that there were many of us lined up to collect our orders. We had to even just ask the lady that was taking orders to help us collect our orders, as the kitchen kept pushing out the orders, but nobody at the front to actually check them and issue them out to patrons. It was not even the first time they made us wait for long
