Poor service by stuff

Pedro's Woodmead disappointed me today.I aways buy from them but the service is very unprofessional.I placed an order an hour late the order is not ready they are saying two minutes,if I had that two minutes I would not have placed an order on the phone prior.Sometimes while placing an order the person assisting you would be talking to someone at the background😡I would not lie their chicken is nice and affordable but the service need to improve.i think the is a lady called Promise and Zama those two are good in serving clients
