Poor service

I ordered food from pedros chicken hillbrow ,when the driver brought them it was wrong order I immediately call the store to let them know ,I spoke to manager on duty his name is Admire he said I must come he will give me a complementary substitute I drove to that high risk area when I got there he told me he will give packet chips really,I said to him rather talk to me on Monday n give me a better complimentary he said yes ,come Monday no call,Tuesday no call I called him Wednesday he said he forgot abt me wow,I loged a call with head office I was told area manager will call me till today,this Is poor service by getting a manager who forgets customer complain just like that n also getting an area manager who doesn't follow upon complains this tells me it's poor management as well,guys be carefull when buying in pedros chicken hillbrow, my contacts are ***
