Poor Service @ Pedros Promenade Mall Shopping Centre Cape Town

I’d like to share some feedback about my recent experience at Pedro’s Promenade Mall Shopping Centre Cape Town. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing. My food came out cold—twice—and when I decided to try the new Flavor Box, it didn’t even include the jalapeño dip that’s advertised.

It seems like the food just gets left standing on the order shelf after it comes from the kitchen, which explains why it’s cold by the time it reaches customers.

I honestly won’t be buying from that branch again. The service needs serious improvement.
