I POOR SERVICE

A complaint was made about Pedros Trade Route Mall in Lenasia. My decision to move away from Nandos was based on the similar food served. The service looked good, until certain instances of a short supply of the order served, including vegetables that were served sour or spoiled. Everything else was alright. The most disappointing service was when I was in a hurry and telephonically placed an order, with the hope of collecting it upon arrival. When I got there, the order was not ready. I called the Manager and inquired about the reason for the delay. He told me that the chips were not ready as they had to fetched from the truck. Given the lack of logic, I requested the owner's contact information to file a complaint. The man who was standing next to me, without any introduction, offered to convey the message to the owner. When I asked him about his identity, he told me that his name is Nawaab and he owns some of the Pedros stores and is in close cooperation with the owner of Pedros Trade Route. However, the way he got involved in the complaint, especially as one of the owners of the Pedros shops, leaves a lot to be desired. He did not even ask for the background story of what happened. He did not look much concerned, he never even ask my name.
