poor service and small portions of food

pedros chicken portions are getting smaller by the day and the phoenix branch is forever running out of rice even after knowing that the paella chicken is the most famous and best selling on their menu but even at 11 am they are running out of rice and that is ridiculous and the poor service at the phoenix branch is really disappointing i really wish that the service and food portions was better
