Poor Service and Rude Attitude from Waitress at Pedro’s Bayside

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Pedro’s Bayside Cape Town. From the moment we placed our order, the waitress displayed a sticky and unpleasant attitude toward us. We politely asked for the table we sat at to be cleaned, but instead of assisting us kindly, she responded with attitude and told us to move to another table.

We understand that there might be a lot of pressure at the store, especially during busy times, but the situation could have been handled professionally and with good customer service. Instead, we were made to feel as if we were being a burden — almost as if we were getting the food for free. We paid for our meal and therefore expected basic courtesy and proper service.

To make matters worse, our order was later given to another table, and they tried to alternate it afterward. At that point, we had completely lost our appetite due to the poor service and disrespectful behavior, and I ended up canceling the order altogether.

This experience left a very bad impression. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training for staff to treat customers with professionalism and respect.
