Poor service and poor food quality

Placed an order at 13:30 something wrote a kitchen note to pickup @6pm guess what came there order was still not yet done ,the cashier asked me where did I get this slip as if I’m some ***** or something, I patiently told her I order from the kiosk those self service screen she stated no order like this I had to show her my banking app inorder for them to finally submit the order in they said I waited 30min and they where all giving me an attitude but i know if it was another race they wouldn’t have done that I’m mad extremely frustrated cause I do that in other Pedro’s and leave a kitchen note on when I’ll pick up the order ,and when they gave me my food it was cold as f you could swear I didn’t pay for it
