Poor service and low standard of Pedros chicken at wonderpark

I have bought a viva meal at this restaurant and the standard of it was poor. The chicken was just white as if it was just boiled and without having a sauce. I have logged a complain and the manager was rude and escalate to customer help line. I have received a call on the 19 from lady apparently is an area manager and promise to deal with it as soon as I've returned since was going away. That was the last communication I've received from her and now she has changed her numbers. The restaurant service it's poor coz this not the first experience and they keep on saying they'll address it but situation keeps being worse.
