Poor service and impertinent stuff especiallythe manager!!!

I ordered a family meal paid online and it was never delivered. I called more than 5 times was told there was 1 driver and the meal will be delivered to me but nothing. The next morning called and informed them , I didn't get an apology, I was just told to send my details on whatsapp to the manager, which I did but the rude manager didn't apologize and didn't give me no time frame regardless on how much I asked for a time frame nxa!!! Not professional at all they all should be fired and get new stuff that actually know what they doing mxa!!!!
