Poor service and delivery

Your delivery service and reception is very poor. I placed an order at 10:15, nothing has arrived yet and the time is 11:45. I called your Norwood store twice, first I was told that they are still busy packing the order due to some of the food items not available. I called 30 minutes later to check on the delivery and I was rudely told that there is only one driver and I should be patient. If I was notified about this the first time, I would not be as irritated as I am right now. Please sort your delivery situation out because I paid R30 for delivery for a ****py service.
