Poor service and cold good

I am highly disgusting in the customer service I received this evening from the N1 city value centre. I placed a online order at 19:02 and sent my son to collect the food at 19:19 I sat in the car and watched how people where coming in and out with their orders. I eventually went in at 19:47 and in the time I was waiting to ask about my order I saw my bag on the counter when I finally got helped I handed the staff member my phone with my order and asked how can my food take 45mins to receive all she did was look at me and run to the back to collect chips, then she handed me my bags I asked her why my order took so long and her response was I was waiting on chips, I then asked her how can chips take so long and she again never answered me, I asked her if my food was cold and she said no not that cold. All my food was cold. There was no servests, sauce or s**** for the rice bowl in the bag. Cause of the poor service I was 30mins late to collect my son from practice and he was the only child left on the field. The staff needs to be given proper training in customer service cause they seriously lack that. Everytime I order online I get bad service. I am done with pedros will rather support restaurants that actually want the business and no how to give proper customer service
