Poor service,

I been at Pedro's Woodburn pmb I've placed my order for a family meal and other stuff with milkshakes, I received my order for the family meal, they said the milkshakes are coming up, after 40min of waiting, the lady says they have no cups, she asked me wait as the manager when to the store room to fetch cups, so I waited, after 15 minutes the manager returned, with no cups didn't even say sorry for keeping you waiting, poor service overall,
