Poor service

Worst experience received at Pedro's chicken in Trade route mall. The service I got today was very unacceptable had to wait an hour for my order and when I tried to ask a waiter called Lebo to please check what was causing the delay as she was going to clear the tables she told me she is very tired of having to check for me I should wait for her to comeback she is also human,I don't know if that's what customer service is about. I asked for them to cancel the order and I was taken back and forth before it was done.
