Poor Service

When the store opened in Newcastle it ran so well and the food was good, but now service is poor and today I purchased the 2 chicken burgers only to find that they used the rolls that get given with the chicken meal. The roll was not meant for a burger it was dry, and when picked up it broke into pieces I tried to call the shop but their phones are out of order. If I was informed that they did not have the correct rolls, I would have not purchased the burger. I stay out of town and it would of been too expensive to drive back. It is sad when a company starts so well and then finds too many shortcuts.
