Poor service

Wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating Phoned and placed an order at Pedro's in Woodburn mall and requested for delivery. ETA was 30 to 45 min I called an hour later only to find out they don't have the sides and the order is still sitting there my question is if I never phone we would of never known. So sitting and waiting for something that hasn't even left the store the service is absolutely pathetic
