Poor service

I was at pedros jabulani mall and I bought a max combo those guys didn't include chips and I asked the lady so nice to check the package. They have attitude and they don't have remorse. I checked the order when I was st home I called them to notify they told me I must come back to the store imagine I asked the lady to call me back and I gave her my number even now I am still waiting for manager to call me. I am so disgusted with their service and they don't even know how to treat customers fairly. When you buy there you wait for them to finish cutting then they will attend you. They all must undergo customer service training
