Poor service

I'm really unhappy with pedros call center ,this is the second incident in a space of 2 to 3 months you will phone in to place an order then comes time for collection they have no clue of what you talking about rather not knowing your order and this is waiting customers time because I wouldn't phone if I wanted to come into the restaurant and wait for my order.
