Poor service

what a terrible service I received on one of your store Pedro's in phoenix plaza, I waited 25min outside to place my order image with the child next to me thanks to the security he was kind enough to let my child in.

after 25minutes of waiting outside they let me in placed my order I waited for another hour only to have cold food the chips were even dry too hard swallow.
