poor service

last night i ordered a full chicken from Pedro's Dobsonville , I clearly put instructions that the chicken must be cut into 8 however it was not cut as i found pieces not cut i requested for extra sauce that was not included, when the meal was delivered it was cold and had a funny odour to it, if this is the type of service we paying for then we should boycott i we deserve better service than this honestly
