Poor Service

I placed an order at the Pretorius Branch, I called in at 17:10 placed an order via the phone confirmed with the person my order and she advised me that my order will be ready in 10min, I go there at 17:45 they say they can’t find my order, it was never punched in the system. I find it very unprofessional more especially that I always buy food there. I am very unhappy with the service and no one even bothered to apologise.
