Poor service

I wasn't happy with the service from this branch. I ordered strips and rice, and a burger and just before paying i notice on the menu that for little bit more moneu i can add chips and can coke with tje burger, so i told the cashier i want to change it, she then told me that i can't change it cause she cant change it on the system cause she bot allowed to and i have to add the chips and coke separately. Please explain me why its so because when i ordered from other branches there was no issue changing something from my order or is it just this store. Or is it a tactic to make customers pay more money. Are yourl doing this to every customer. I should have just went to the Whitehouse branch but i had no choice i was in a hurry so i paid and left. Super bad, wont be coming back to this branch again. Unprofessional staffs. And the best part i didn't even get the chips that i paid for😂😂 simply unprofessional 👎👎👎👎
