Poor poor service

Bad service at Pedros Southgate to date am still waiting for my refund

I wrote a review last week and this matter was not attended to but my query was closed this is the message I got from them yesterday Your ticket number 88570 has been closed, thank you from Pedros Customer Care But am still waiting for someone to contact me and get my refund
