POOR PATHETIC DISGUSTING SERVICE

Good day am so ****ed off with the level of service i received today at pedros centurion lifestyle center ,i made 11 ordered over the phone with their representatives, firstly they said the order will take 45 minutes however when we got there we were assisted after 2 hours ,what is the point of ordering over the phone if we still made to wait secondly our order was shot with 2 1/4 checke mild ,chips ,jalapeno chips and garlic roll poor service ,we checked orders when we got to the office i received a call from their representative and she asked if i could share the slip via whatsapp which i did ,she later called and said she rememebers the order and acknowledge the mistake she asked if she could sent a driver to deliver which am still waiting for again pathetic service i then received a call from the manager rude one and when she called she firstly doesnt acknowledge the mistake and try to resolve it instate she shouts at the person i spoke to earlier on while am holding and listen like really is that the leader that you guys selected is that how she treats staff IN front of customers i bet those poor ladies are scared of her ,please take her to skill tranining and customer services becouse she clearly is not a good leader ,i told her she must argue with her staff once she is done she must call me to resolve this matter now its 3.17 i havent received a call nor the order i love your food and all and your a competition to my favorite nandos but whooo shame your poor service is making me think twice which make nandos to out shine you with good service
