poor management skills and labour practice

i visited Pedros blackheath in cresta opposite Nandos, the manager was very disrespectful not to us only but to other customers as well, she chased us when they were taking our order telling that the shop is closed but doors still open she shouted the staff Infront of us customer which show us she is unprofessional and also have no management skills will not recommend this Pedros to anyone close to me, i feel like the staff was not treat well and this should be taken serious, 5 min after closing time wouldn't hurt, me and my husband we don't really care about the food but shouting at the staff member for help us annoyed me and we left without ordering and i feel sorry for that poor child.
