POOR FOOD QUALITY & SERVICE IS DISGUSTINGLY POOR!

Ordered quater chicken paella via uber eats on 14/04/2023 around 12 and the food was aweful. Rice was extremely under cooked and the chicken dry and tasted terrible, not fresh at all. It just wasn't what I expected from pedros. I complained both on UberEats and Pedro's O'flaherty I was further contacted by one of the employees from Pedro's, by the name of ZAIN on the 18th of April 2023 after 5 days of placing a complaint. He apologised nicely for the poor quality of food and further promised to send a complimentary meal. I did not order lunch on that day because I was "supposedly" getting a meal from them. I waited the entire day and Zain kept lying about the food being on the way. I was so hungry and it was super late to order anything from anywhere I was so ****ed because I didn't ask them for that call or the comp meal for that matter. Another one called me after 4pm and told me I should've complain on Ubereats and not Pedros directly, I couldn't understand because Ubereats is responsible for transporting the food and not the preparations. The quality of food is their responsibility, which they failed and are now pinning it on Ubereats. Ubereats also couldn't assist as they also felt it's past the 2-day period and the quality of food isn't their responsibility. Pedro's O'flaherty (Clare Estate) has honestly lost me and my colleagues and customers. I want NOTHING to do with them! Their employees are ****s and that's rude and unprofessional!
