Poor food quality

I am extremely disappointed with the food I purchased from Pedro’s Piet Retief on the 31st December, The chicken was completely burnt, dry, and clearly overcooked to the point where it was unpleasant to eat. On top of that, the rice was not fully cooked, hard in some parts, and poorly prepared.

This is unacceptable for a place that charges money for meals and is supposed to maintain basic food quality standards. Serving burnt chicken and undercooked rice shows a lack of care and quality control.

I expected much better and honestly regret spending my money here. This experience has put me off from returning, and I would not recommend this branch unless serious improvements are made.
