Poor delivery service

Made an online order at 11h05, order *** for delivery from your Grobler St, Polokwane store. Called numerous times to find out where my order was, one of the ladies even had the gall to tell me in future not to make a delivery order. Eventually, the last lady whom I got her name (Kgaougelo), around 1pm, told me the order is still in the store and it has not been allocated to a driver. The order was only allocated to a driver at 13h24, with the order only arriving at 13h55. This is dismal service, my guests even left before the food arrived.
