Poor delivery, poor communication, poor customer

Never in my life have I been so disappointed in a restaurant I've always purchased from without fail I called at 12:57....to be told I cannot make separate payments on a delivery order...but we have never been told this before....I called back at 13:51 still no delivery and no sms with order code...to be told there is no drivers...then called back at 14:17 still with no meal delivered to be told the delivery guy is waiting on a speed point nearly 2 hours later for a delivery meal....this cannnot be accepted. At 14:37 im being told the driver just left this is truly a joke and they should not be doing deliveries if they cannot keep to a professional time I will be informing all my collegeues not to support pedros and to think our company supports pedros frequently never again.
