Poor customer service
I placed an order on the 18 December 2024, it was accepted. I was called few minutes later and told they don’t delivery in my area. We conversed back and forth with them, I was told I will be refunded within 7days. I have not been refunded up until today. When i enquire they keep on saying they will get back to me.
