POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LATE DELIVERY FOR FOOD

I would like to express my disappointment with Pedro's chicken in Ormonde. i placed an order on Friday at 18:50pm and didn't receive my food. i then called the customer service at 20:00pm and was received by a rude response from the staff member as they told me that they have a lot of orders my food will arrive. I followed up over the weekend and sent emails but i did not get any assistance. I then called on Monday using my work line and they then said my complaint will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. I then called the store manager who then asked me to send him proof or order and payment i then sent it to him. It was around 11am and i only received my order now at 13:00pm. i am very disappointed with pedros customer services imagine an order from Friday only gets delivered on Monday afternoon. If there was an option for zero stars i would rate them a big ZERO.
