Poor customer service

It was my first time buying food @ Pedro's in Hillbrow, it was late around 7pm Saturday 16 July , i ordered a full chicken meal for R129 that comes with 4 rolls n chips, then i stepped outside to buy liqour @ nearby shop, came back in to collect my takeaway order, i was treated like a hooligan by some Guy named Dlomo, mind you the liqour was still intact, not opened, i had booked a bnb nearby so i can eat my meal ther n rest, i tried to explain to him that i ddnt know that liqour is not allowed, and how can he help me collect my order, instead he told me he dont care, i must step outside i can report wherever i want, now i was embarrassed in front of other patrons as him (Dlomo) and security guard made funny remarks about me trying to impress girls. I think he should have suggested to collect the order for me while im waiting outside with my liqour, than to make funny comments on me while im supporting pedros with my hard earned cash, i wasnt pleased @ all, i felt belittled, Dlomo is not suitable to work there as his customer service is very poor, he dosent listen to clients, he thinks he is a prison warden where he oders prisoners, and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy there, how can you make fun out of a paying client, make them wait outside without offering an alternative suggestion to help the client, what if i was ****** outside while waiting for my order, i had to improvise myself n ask another client to collect my order for me, request my uber while standing outside n freezing in an unsafe zone
