Poor customer service

Food all good and well prepared. Staff not well trained. No customer care qualities. I ordered online but instructions was not followed as per my preferences. I rep**** by complaining. I was called by a so called manager from the store but instead she shot me down as I was talking not giving me a chance to speak she constantly interrupted me while I was speaking. The manager her self need training on how to adress clients. I told her I will report her and she put the phone down on me whole I was speaking. The a day later I got a message that my complain case is close and no further communication regarding my issue will be addressed. I'm more unhappy now then before. I don't have a problem with there food. It's all good and on point but service poor.
