Poor customer service

Good day,

I am writing this email to complain about the horrible customer service I've experienced at Pedro's in Dobsonville Mall on several occasions and today was the last straw.

I placed an order today at 19:45pm which was then displayed on the screen as ready to be collected at 19:58pm and when I went to pick up my order. I had the displeasure of speaking to a rude employee named Ayanda. I merely asked if my order was ready and was given the worst attitude and eventually ignored. I then asked to speak to the manager (Queen), who also gave me an attitude then blatantly told me she does not know the complaints email address. My order was finally ready at 20:20pm. This branch is clearly poorly managed and we as customers are not valued. This is why the employees and managers are bold enough to disrespect us like this. Their behavior usually goes unchecked because of the demographic. I urge management to look into this or perhaps provide customer service training to your employees. We should not have to deal with such.
