Poor customer service

Service I received from pedros in durban workshop today is shocking. Never been disrespected in a store like that before by a staff and manager. This girl who was calling out orders skipped my order and called two people who came in after me. When she called the second order I then went to her asked about mine, she gave me an attitude telling me that she called me of which she did not...then she just walked away while I was talking to her. Asked for a manager who was standing there watching all this , while I was trying to lay my complaint to him, he started talking without even letting me finish what I had to say...I then asked him to let me finish and he was like "okay bye" that was so rude... I'm mean who does that to a customer? I was there like some kind of a fool, all eyes on me...never felt so embarrassed like that before. Is this the kind of service pedros stuff should be giving to customers?
