Poor customer service

Made a Call 10min ago to just ask if they deliver. Lady Named Luyanda answered and her rehe****d speech was so fast like she was mumbling, I asked her to repeat what she said as to what's wrong with delivery she rep**** and said "what" and I asked her again then she dropped the call. I had to go through the whole process to call again and get someone else to assist me and she did. Ngiyabonga weLuyanda you were rude. There was nothing wrong with that call everything was clear in terms of network it was just her fast mumbling.... I'll drink water and sleep. Made me lose appetite
