Poor customer service

Pedros Tembisa has staff that always messes up the orders and the manager who seems to have minimal knowledge about customer service. On the 28th of June 2021 they've packed pap without meat and when I phoned them Manager she seems to not take it as a big deal and she refused to replace the whole meal . 29 October they've packed the wrong order again. This time they had put chips instead of rice and the Manager said she will send the driver on the 30th to deliver only the rice. Today is the 2nd of November and O had to remind her again. It so funny that she says she will send me rice not replace the whole meal. I am really disappointed by her behavior. Maybe I was to calm that they didn't take me seriously.
