Poor and Terrible Service @ Pedros Mega City

I bought a full chicken Viva meal last week friday at Mega city Store and i was with my partner and had bought the meal as we had booked at a lodge for friday night! When we arrived at the lodge we found out that they forgot to put the 4 rolls and when i called same time , the lady promised to send someone to bring us the rolls as they were about to close, we waited & waited for them to call but nothing!!!🤬😡😡😖we ended up requesting an uber to go look for a open garage to buy bread as we couldn’t eat the Chicken alone! But unfortunately the nearest garage was closed and we ended up sleeping and ate the chicken only without bread or Rolls😡😡😡 all this because of Carelessness and not taking us Customers seriously as they have the tendercy as we are black and take us lightly🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽the following day on Saturday morning i called and asked for the manager and explained to her what had happened and she asked who answered the Call and i told her i dont know the ladies name but the lady had said she will try and get a driver to deliver the Rolls to us! And the Manager then said rudely that i can come and fetch the money for the Rolls which is R24,99 and i asked her we must come from far for just rolls and she didnt seem to care that we ended up sleeping eating chicken only without rolls so all im saying is the manager was supposed to show simpathy and ask for an apology and ask us to come in and discuss this matter as this light mistake caused us to sleeping hungry😡😡😡😡
