Poor and Pathetic Service

Yesterday 18/05/22 I ordered from the new Pedro's in Ormonde. I placed my order at 16:30 with a lady named Princess. At 17:10 I went to collect my order and there was loadshedding I gave my slip to a gentleman to check how far my order was He attended to the customer next to me and was absolutely rude to the customer her looked at me and ignored me I then asked him to please check how far my order was and he said you can see there's loadshedding what must I do if your order is not done he rolled his eyes and turned his back while I was talking and threw my slip on my face I then gave my slip to the cashier to help me instead she said I'm sorry I can't check your order because she wasn't authorised to do it and she was rude and screaming at me

I then decided that I will ask for a refund because I don't stay near the area and that my mother was not to well and I needed to leave... The cashier says we don't do refunds and started screaming... I asked her what her problem was I'm merely asking how far my order is and if u can't make it because of loadshedding refund me simple...

The gentleman who I initially spoke to took my slip and said your order isn't ready and said just wait... He was so abrupt I started telling them how I will report them because they don't know how to speak to customers and I understand that they are under pressure but they treated us like dogs... They have such terrible staff

The manager approached me and apologised and said that gentleman that spoke to me was actually the owner of pedros... I then summed up that this is why the staff is rude and abrupt if the owner is none the better... Doesn't mean he's the owner he can speak to me the way he wants to .. I am paying for the service and it is my every right to recieve what I want...

I also went there on Saturday the waitress helped other customers and she was so poor at what she did she broke all the dishes while carrying it on her tray...

We placed an order to sit in and they brought the food late and after finishing a whole chicken then bring the chips Overall their services are poor and staff as well as the owner is rude... Literally screaming at me

I watched them for some time now and they are like this with many customers... They better get skilled workers... Or send the owner for some training before opening a big business with poor quality of service...

Please escalate this matter...
