Poor and disgusting service

I thought we were over the 'Soweto service' BS. Pedros Dobsonville mall really offered us bad service. The queue was long... Understandable because its month end. What didn't make sense was the fact that the waitresses were seperating the queue between customers paying with card and customers paying with cash. Alright. Where the problem begins??? Number one the waitresses does not explain to us, they just take people from the back of the queue to go inside the restaurant and place their orders before ours. While we are still in the queue outside the restaurant. Slie I didnt get her surname she really needs to master her customer service skills. She does not listen to respond positively to our complaints. She just yells, which resulted in customers now fighting each other inside the restaurant.
