Phoenix plaza branch terrible service

We placed an order with Pedro's chicken at the Phoenix Plaza branch for delivery. We had taken x2 Maxi combo. My entire order was wrong we requested Xtra hot. Received hot chicken, mild burgers and no strips and rice on both orders. When the guy delivered we checked our order and informed him that it was incorrect it took it back only to receive it 2 hrs later and it was still wrong. We called him and he cut the call on us. The food was absolutely horrible and tasteless. The chicken was dry and burnt, the burgers wasn't done properly and still was a bit raw inside. Tried calling several times only to be cut off at the store.

Absolutely disgusting behavior with the plaza branch. This is the only branch that we receive terrible service from. This is not the first time my order was messed up. I have taken photos of what we received and keep in mind we paid R507 for food that was not worth it and was still ******.

Disappointing as my kids love the rice and we didn't receive it, they had to eat cold, mild food. Please investigate as this is an ongoing issue with the branch.
